Alexander Wright
For more than a decade, Alex has led the delivery of award-winning technology used across global financial markets. His applications have been featured on Bloomberg, Reuters, and NASDAQ, and his systems have supported top hedge funds and institutional investment firms. His work includes powering mission-critical data environments such as the most-downloaded application on the Bloomberg Terminal, consolidating data for more than 25,000 securities worldwide, and creating a SaaS platform to analyze over $2.7 trillion in assets daily.
At SEAD, Alex oversees business development, solution delivery, and strategic product direction. He ensures every deployment meets rigorous operational demands and service-level requirements while guiding SEAD’s product vision and brand positioning across a wide range of industries.
Alex also led SEAD’s COVID-19 technology initiative for Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), delivering one of the nation’s fastest PCR testing programs and demonstrating SEAD’s ability to execute under high-stakes, time-critical conditions.
Today, Alex leads the SEAD team in redefining how software is created through Co-Wright, SEAD’s low-code/no-code platform used by thousands of users across over 10 verticals ranging from hedge funds and real estate to manufacturing and non-profits, all unified through their own single portal of truth. His leadership sits at the intersection of technology and business strategy, helping organizations unlock data, efficiency, and scalable growth.
Eric Wright
Eric architects the core technology powering Co-Wright, SEAD’s low-code, no-code platform for enterprise digital solutions. With a background spanning full-stack engineering, financial systems, and data-driven product development, Eric is responsible for transforming complex business requirements into scalable, production-grade software used across multiple industries.
Eric began his career at USEReady, a leading Tableau reseller, where he initially joined the sales organization before quickly transitioning into a senior implementation consultant role. There, he became one of the firm’s top revenue-generating consultants by combining technical execution with a strong understanding of analytics, finance, and client needs. This early blend of sales and engineering shaped his ability to design systems that are both technically robust and commercially effective.
He later joined S3 Partners as a key contributor to the implementation and evolution of Blacklight and the Black App, enterprise platforms used by hedge funds and institutional investors to analyze and manage large-scale securities lending data. In addition to leading technical development, Eric played an active role in S3’s sales efforts, applying a data-driven approach that helped secure the firm’s first enterprise data contracts.
At SEAD, Eric leads research and development for the Co-Wright platform, oversees the onshore engineering organization, and remains deeply involved in core client development. His work focuses on system architecture, data engineering, automation, and platform extensibility; ensuring SEAD’s solutions meet demanding performance, reliability, and scalability requirements. As a full-stack engineer with a finance and economics background, Eric bridges technical execution with business strategy, enabling SEAD to deliver mission-critical software that scales with its clients’ most complex operational needs.
Harrison Weinfeld
Harry is responsible for both internal and external operations, ensuring the proper structures and procedures are in place to ensure the team meets client deliverables while achieving internal development goals.
Harry has spent his career working alongside Alex and Eric Wright, helping build SEAD from its early days. Starting as an intern and working his way up the corporate ladder, he has played a key role in driving customer success across numerous vertical markets, including food distribution and manufacturing, real estate, and nonprofit organizations.
Harry began his career with a focus on client development, which allowed him to build deep expertise in how SEAD’s Co-Wright platform empowers both business and technical users. Currently, he is focused on optimizing internal processes to maximize team output and bring operational excellence to the organization, ensuring SEAD delivers the best possible products and solutions.
Anthony Caserta
Anthony is responsible for driving global revenue growth, go-to-market strategy, strategic partnerships, and client expansion.
Anthony brings close to 30 years of experience across securities finance, capital markets, and financial technology, spanning senior leadership roles in sales, product development, and client strategy. Most recently, he served as Head of Sales & Product Development at FinOptSys, where he helped the startup grow and expand its market presence by aligning commercial strategy with the development of innovative, data-driven technology solutions.
Throughout his career, Anthony has used, devised, and delivered complex fintech platforms designed to bring transparency, efficiency, and actionable insight to highly regulated, data-intensive environments. At SEAD, he leverages this experience, along with his passion to deliver best-in-class service and products, to help expand the adoption of the firm’s single-portal-of-truth technology solutions and demonstrate their value not only within financial services, but across a broad range of business sectors seeking to gain valuable insights from unified data, streamlined workflows, and improved decision-making.
Previously, Anthony held senior leadership positions at Natixis, S3 Partners, Banco Santander, Abbey National, and Goldman Sachs, where he consistently drove revenue growth, launched new products and platforms, expanded global client relationships, and partnered closely with technology teams to bring market-driven solutions to life.
Anthony holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Economics and Italian from Yale University.
Lauren Wright
Lauren leads key customer relationships, designs and maintains end-to-end systems, and coordinates development across front-end and back-end teams.
With six years of industry experience, Lauren has developed and managed ERP, CRM, LIS, commissions management, and accounting systems. As a full-stack developer, she works across SQL, Python, and JavaScript to deliver scalable, end-to-end solutions for clients in diverse industries. Her technical expertise, combined with a background in international business, enables her to translate complex business challenges into actionable, effective solutions.
Throughout her career, Lauren has designed and overseen complex systems across industries ranging from medicine to retail sales, many of which handle highly confidential and time-sensitive data. Her work emphasizes security, efficiency, and ease of use. At SEAD, she leverages her unique blend of business, teaching, and technical experience to deliver world-class service, providing customers with insights and solutions once thought unachievable.
Lauren holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business with dual minors in Economics and Italian from High Point University.
Jason Shill
Jason focuses on building analytics and reporting solutions that drive accurate, reliable decision-making.
With four years of experience at SEAD, Jason owns end-to-end data workflows across multiple client engagements ranging from source file ingestion and validation to KPI development, dashboarding, and automated reporting. He is known for building analytics that are accurate, repeatable, and reliable for day-to-day decision making.
Jason works closely with internal development teams and client stakeholders to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights. He holds a degree in Information Management and Technology from Syracuse University.
Andrew Gaudet
Andrew supports core backend development and data engineering initiatives across clients in financial services, non-profits, supply chain, and retail.
At SEAD, Andrew specializes in SQL and PostgreSQL development, Python-based ETL pipelines, and API integration, helping power scalable, data-driven applications and reporting platforms. His work focuses on building reliable backend systems that translate complex business requirements into clean, maintainable, production-ready solutions.
Before joining SEAD, Andrew worked in government and enterprise environments, including the Army Cyber Institute at West Point, where he contributed to secure, containerized applications supporting AI/ML research. He has also delivered automation, data processing, and backend solutions for technology and cybersecurity organizations, improving operational efficiency and data visibility at scale.
Andrew brings a strong full-stack foundation to his backend work, enabling close collaboration with front-end teams and client stakeholders. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) and is known for his disciplined engineering approach and ability to deliver dependable systems in complex data environments.
Linda Wright
Linda is a seasoned operations and human resources professional with more than 40 years of experience across banking, staffing, and software organizations.
She began her career at the Royal Bank of Canada, spending 14 years in management roles within retail banking and human resources. In the early 2000s, she served as an Office Manager for a staffing company, expanding her expertise in organizational operations and employee support.
Linda has also held long-standing nonprofit leadership roles, serving as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for both the Garden State Wolves Hockey Team and later the Bandits Travel Hockey Team from approximately 2000 to 2011. She was a founding board member during the Wolves-to-Bandits transition and helped guide the organization through key growth years. She later served on the Board of Directors for Flat Rock Brook Nature Center in Englewood, New Jersey, from approximately 2014 to 2016.
In 2010, Linda joined NVE Bank, where she advanced from teller to branch manager, remaining with the organization until 2016.
Since 2016, Linda has overseen payroll, benefits, hiring, invoicing, reconciliations, and cash-flow projections while supporting day-to-day operations at SEAD.
